“The goal of the journal Varia Historia is to provide an ample space for academic discussion of historical topics (History understood as Science) and dialogue with other fields of knowledge such as History of Science or History of Art. Exception is made for the area of History Teaching, which demands a more specific publication. Varia Historia publishes original contributions on varied subjects in the area of history. Its abbreviated title is Varia hist., which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes and bibliographical references and strips.
